Can Ascended Gear Drop Off Any of the World Bosses

Ascended chests are a special kind of container that allow the histrion to choose ascended weapons and armor.

They generally come up in three flavors:

  • Named weapon and armor chests (eastward.g., Zojja'due south Weapon Breast or Zojja's Armor Chest) let players cull whatsoever weapon or armor type respectively, with the given ascended prefix in the name of the chest.
  • Select-stats armor chests (due east.g., Healer's Breast of Boots) let players cull any armor weight and a prefix based on the blazon of chest, but are limited to a particular piece (boots in this example)
  • Select-stats weapon chests (e.g. Chest of Longbows) permit players choose whatsoever ascended prefix of a given weapon type (longbows in this example)

At that place are as well containers that are rewards from certain achievements which let players cull an ascended breast.

  • Tequatl's Hoard from defeating Tequatl the Sunless
  • Pile of Regurgitated Armor from defeating any of the three Bully Jungle Wurm heads in Triple Trouble
  • Gift of Aurene from defeating Kralkatorrik in Dragonfall and Jormag and Primordus in Dragonstorm Arena
  • Drakkar's Hoard from defeating Drakkar in Bjora Marches

Further, two Kaiser Ophidian Weapon Boxes can be obtained from collection achievements:

  • The Male monarch Toad
  • The Storm Sorcerer
